Best Uyghur food so far in the DMV area. Usually I don’t eat lamb because of its gamy smell but I really like the lamb kababs here, delicious not gamy. The cold skin noodle is must-try.
The cold noodles were awesome! Very authentic. The dry fried soman was good too. We liked everything we tried and would love to go there again and try different things.
Great cuisine. Best food ever, the food I grew up with. The breakfast soup is amazing. It looks like pho but it doesn't have the same taste. The lamb kabobs are the best in the world.
We had a great meal here. The dishes are very tasty, quite a different cuisine. Everything was freshly made and flavourful. The chicken stew was nice. Highly recommend.

Ordered takeout from Bostan and it was absolutely delicious! We got lagman, lamb skewers, and honey cake. The lamb was incredibly tender. Will definitely get their takeout again!
